It's important to keep your beneficiary information up to date. You can name one or more beneficiaries to receive your life insurance benefit.

You may purchase additional coverage for yourself and your dependents.
Supplemental Life
Purchase additional life insurance up to 5x your salary.
Spouse Coverage
Coverage available up to $100,000 for your spouse.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance provides benefits if you die or suffer a covered injury due to an accident. This is in addition to your basic life insurance.
You can update your beneficiary information at any time through the HR portal or by contacting Human Resources directly.
During open enrollment, you may elect up to 2x your salary without Evidence of Insurability. Higher amounts may require a health questionnaire or medical exam.
